Сучасні концепції штучної вентиляції легень

Анотація


В статті обговорюються проблеми, котрі виникають при проведенні тривалої ШВЛ та як вони вирішуютьсяю Обговорюються найчастіше використовуємі режими ШВЛ. Робиться висновок, що жодний режим в порівнянні друг с другом достовірно не покращує результати лікування, але знання респіраторним лікарем принципа роботи респіратора при застосуванні кожного режиму допомагає вибрати оптимальні параметри ШВЛ для кожного конкретеного хворого.
