Анотація

Менеджмент антитромботичних препаратів в періопераційному періоді вимагає мультидисциплінарного підходу за участі хірурга, анестезіолога, лікуючого лікаря. У рекомендаціях провідних профільних асоціацій Франції, Італії, Іспанії, Великобританії, США, Польщі, рекомендаціях Європейського товариства анестезіологів, Американського коледжу торакальних лікарів та інших світових професійних організацій систематизуються підходи до менеджменту антикоагулянтів (антагоністів вітаміну К і прямих, включаючи нові пероральні антикоагулянти), безпеки застосування антитромбоцитарних препаратів в періопераційному періоді для запобігання підвищеної кровоточивості і мінімізації ВТЕ після інвазивних процедур у пацієнтів з високим ризиком кардіоваскулярних катастроф. Нами приведені алгоритми для зручного сприйняття інформації і запам’ятовування і подальшого імплементування в клінічній практиці.
