Анотація

Клінічні прояви синдрому дисемінованого внутрішньосудинного згортання (DIC) залежать від переважання суми векторів гіперкоагуляції та гіперфібринолізу і дуже пов’язані з основним захворюванням, на фоні якого формується DIC. Питання розуміння складного патогенезу, своєчасної діагностики явного DIC та ранніх проявів DIC залишаються актуальним викликом для лікарів інтенсивної терапії та провідних профільних товариств по вивченню проблем гемостазу та тромбоутворення. В наведеному огляді літератури проаналізовано шляхи розвитку DIC, сучасний стан можливості використання діагностичних маркерів для виявлення DIC, особливо при сепсисі. Окремим питанням висвітлена діагностика сепсис-індукованої коагулопатії на тлі розвитку поліорганної недостатності. Діагностичні шкали наведені у вигляді порівняльних таблиць для більш зручного сприйняття інформації і запам’ятовування і подальшого імплементування в клінічній практиці
