ПЕРЕДОПЕРАЦІЙНА ТРИВОГА – СИЛА ТЯЖІННЯ ЧИ АРХІМЕДОВА СИЛА В РЕЗЕРВУАРІ ХВОРОБИ

Вступ. Феномен неспецифічної реакції організму у відповідь на різноманітні подразнюючі впливи Г. Сельє назвав загальним адаптаційним синдромом, в якому виділив три стадії: тривоги, резистентності (адаптації), виснаження. На першій стадії організм стикається з деякими подразнюючими чинниками середовища та намагається пристосуватися до них. На другій стадії відбувається адаптація до нових процесів. Але якщо стресор продовжує діяти довгий час, то відбувається виснаження гормональних ресурсів (третя стадія) і зрив систем адаптації, в результаті чого процес набуває патологічного характеру і може завершитись хворобою чи смертю [1].
Мета роботи. На базі аналіу з данних літератури показати доцільність визначення рівня тривоги в практиці лікаря анестезіолога.
Матеріали та методи. Бібліосемантичний, порівняльний та метод системного аналізу. Пропоновані рекомендації розроблені на даних аналізу сучасної літератури, результатах рандомізованих досліджень та мета-аналізів, присвячених вивченню проблеми передопераційної тривоги. Використані бази даних: PubMed, MEDLINE, PsycINFO, Scopus та Google Scholar.
